Daily Recommented Protein

Don't you know that our body needs certain protein daily? Here is the daily recommended protein allowance:

For Women:
44-48 gms.

For Men:
52-56 gms.

Children:
23-36 gms. (increasing requirements with age)

How does help it in our body?
*Used for building and repairing body tissue.
*Utilized for energy only when carbohydrates and fats are not available.
