Exercise

Do you exercise more often? Hubby love to have an exercise almost everyday. He went jogging yesterday and also today. He always told me to do exercise at least 2-3 times a week. Oh boy i am very lazy to do exercise and i don't know why i become fat when i stop the exercise thing. When i was in college i always do the walking in the early morning and maybe i will do that 30 minutes 4-5 times a week. When i stop exercising i am worried because my weight getting higher and my belly have lots of fats. So i said to myself i will not exercise again. A friend of mine told me that she did the same and gain a lot of weight. Hubby yesterday told me that if you stop exercising you need to balance my diet so that i will not become fat. So what can you say about this exercise matter?

I say exercise at least 3 times a week and enjoy eating!
