Is water causing diabetes?

I am very surprise about this study about if water causing diabetes. There is a new study linked higher levels of arsenic in urine with increased prevalence of type 2 diabetes. According to the analysis of 788 adults' medical tests found a nearly fourfold increase in the risk of diabetes in people with low arsenic concentrations in their urine compared with people with even lower levels. But this will not be worried about because they said this is preventable said lead author Dr. Ana Navas-Acien of Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health in Baltimore, Maryland. Here is the video of this study.
